Pamela L. Pinchot was born and raised in Kettering, Ohio. In fact, Ms. Pinchot is proud graduate of Kettering Fairmont High School. After high school graduation, she attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in both History and Philosophy in 1995. She graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 1999. While in law school, she participated on the Labor Law Moot Court Team where she competed in the national tournament in New York City in 1998.

In 1999, Ms. Pinchot was admitted to the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Ohio. She is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Ohio. Similarly, Ms. Pinchot was admitted to the federal bar in 1999. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
